Priceline Hotel: 4* hotel in Quebec City

Does anyone have tips on bidding for 4* hotels in Quebec City in April/May? There only seem to be three hotels and three areas so what price would you recommend starting at - $75 CAD? Don't want to pay more than $95 or $98.

I'm not sure if anyone else has done a thread on this but I couldn't see one,
