gordy123 Posted March 27, 2011 Report Posted March 27, 2011 Hi guys Im very new to this and was hoping for someone to provide advice on the best way to do this, I have read times square aint the best option for a well priced hotel slash place to stay so increased my search to midtown east/west and central as well as chelsea area as well. Are the bus links etc good around there?I'll be staying from 16th to 18th april and was hoping to get an awesome price. My budget would be maybe be $200?Cheersgordon

thereuare Posted March 29, 2011 Report Posted March 29, 2011 Best guess for the MTE property is the Omni Berkshire Hotel or the W New York.At the 4* level, if you're looking to avoid the 'hustle and bustle', then MTE, CPS and/or ESB should likely work well for your needs.Keep in mind the Carlton charges a resort fee (in NYC :) ... i'm not sure what it may include) so keep that in mind to make sure you're comparing apples-to-apples.Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help.
