My first bid of $45 for a 3.5* hotel in the Syracuse University area was accepted by the Crowne Plaza Hotel! Yay! This is my second time trying Priceline's Name Your Own Price option. Last time I tried in Providence, RI. The common areas of the hotel were great, but our room wasn't nearly as nice and seemed to be in an older wing in need of renovation. Hopefully this time the room will be on par with the lobby.
