I am visiting New York the week of April 18 (specifically 4/18-4/21). Please help me identify these Downtown-SoHo-Financial District hotels listed on Hotwire:

$107 3.5* with fitness, laundry and wi-fi (90% recommended)

-- I'm assuming this one is Club Quarters, but not sure which one --

$180 4* with fitness, pool, restaurant, business center and wifi (85% recommended)

Please let me know if there's a better value out there for my dates. I'm flexible in terms of location. It seems like prices are pretty high that week.
