For the Santa Monica property, The Hotel Erwin has been previously seen with this amenity set, so that would be my guess.

For the 3* West Hollywood property, these amenities are common for the area, but have not yet been reported to be associated with a 3* property. The Crowne Plaza has previously been seen with this amenity set but at the 3.5* level, so it's possible that this property has been downgraded since last reported to the board, but given how common these amenities are for the area, this is just speculation and difficult to stay with any degree of certainty at this point.
