eitany
I first bid $57 for a 4*, rejected, bid about five more times, adding outlying areas that have no 4* hotels and adding $5 or $6, and finally was accepted at $84. Wasn't really expecting the Westin --- I've seen very mixed reviews of it. This was my first time with Priceline. Thought it would cost a bit less, but the same room is $139 at the regular travel websites. I've read that there is cheaper secure parking at the Alder Street Parkade just down the street. Your Offer Price: $84.00 Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 2Subtotal: $168.00 Taxes & Service Fees:$30.21Total Charges: $198.21 Link to comment
thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding!Thank you for sharing your win with the rest of the board.Different areas offer different levels of savings (mostly due to competition in the area), but your $55 savings is about 40% off the rates you quoted above... i think that's pretty good!Do you recall the amount of your rejection prior to this $84 acceptance?Enjoy your stay.
