I'm a first-time user of HotWire and of this site. Maybe I could've done better by waiting to book (our trip is almost 5 months away), but I'm not flexible on the dates nor on the neighborhood and it will be during summer vacation, so I decided to go ahead and book (best rate I could find anywhere else for these nights was $262). I really wanted to stay at Nine Zero, and your hotel amenity list was spot-on -- thanks! :)
