cliftonorthside Posted March 18, 2011 Report Posted March 18, 2011 I was trying to keep it at $110 or below and couldn't get anything, even 2.5*. I moved it up to $130, 3*, and selected almost all areas of Manhattan, and this one came through. I am extremely pleased with the location!
