(There is nothing above 3* on Priceline in this area.) Most 2-star hotels in the area were showing rates on their websites in the $75-$140 range, while the 2.5 and 3-star properties in the area were showing at $130 and up.Was finally successful at $60. Cheapest refundable rate on the winning hotel's website is $159, although the advanced purchase rate was $135.
