I am looking for a hotel in DC for 4/8/11 - 4/11/11.

I am pretty confident this is The Sheraton National according to the amenities. What do you think? If it is the Sheraton National, do you have any experience with this property? Tripadvisor has so/so reviews...

Yes, this is a match for the Sheraton National so that would be my best guess for this one... but i have no firsthand experience at this property.

This is a great property for the price. A little off the beaten path, yet still convenient to all of the attractions. Also a great staff. Factor in $17 a day for the parking. Have fun.

#1, absolutely LOVE your screenname!

#2, thank you for the positive feedback! I have been reading the tripadvisor reviews and needless to say, I'm a bit anxious. The husband and I are flying in to Baltimore and are relying on that ever so popular metro so the parking fee doesn't affect us. But thank you for taking the time to share!

The tripadvisor overall review rating is 4/5, although a few recent reviews have been negative. While serious issues should definitely be a concern, with more general issues, do keep in mind that many reviewers likely paid full price and their expectations may differ from those who paid a steeply discounted price. I've stayed at places that I really liked for PRICELINE rates that I wouldn't have liked so much for twice that price or more. Additionally, as for tripadvisor ratings, 3.5/5 seems like an average in most major cities these days.
