Priceline Hotel: Resort Phoenix (North) Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort

Was hoping to land either the JW Marriott (North Phoenix) or Fairmont Princess (North Scottsdale) as I saw both properties accepting offers in the $82 to $130 range recently.

I started by using the PRICELINE link from these boards and bid from $72 to $126 in $10 then $5 increments (adding non-resort regions each time).

Well good ole Tapatio Cliffs accepted at $126. I like this property just fine - stayed there last May for $55 - my how times have changed, eh?!?

Phoenix is sold out and crazy booked up this last week of March at a lot of properties - must be last week of Spring Training and maybe something else going on that week!

Better than the $186 per night you can purchase direct from the Hilton website - but a far cry from the deals we were able to get last summer! Oh well - will be fun anyway.
