Hotwire Hotel: Help identify 4* Oahu (Waikiki Beach) Sheraton Waikiki, $157 ...

Hi All,

After a week of searching Hotwire, I think I've come across what looks to be the Sheraton Waikiki. I looked at this list of hotwire hotels and it stands to be a possibility. I suspect that the earthquake in Japan had something to do with the sudden availability.

I'm traveling to Waikiki on 3/24/11 to 3/27/11 and would like to stay at the Sheraton Waikiki. Thanks for your assistance.

You can't bid on a specific hotel when using PRICELINE, you have to be able to accept any hotel in the zone at the star level (or higher) that you choose. With HOTWIRE you can often take an educated guess as to what is being offered based upon the amenities associated with the property, but it's still a 'best guess' and no guarantees you will receive the hotel you're hoping for.

The HOTWIRE property above matches previous reports for the Marriott Beach Resort so that would be my best guess for this one.
