The 1st property appears to be the W City Center. And I think you are right that the 2nd one is the Allegro.

The 4* matches the W City Center (which i've heard good things about)... the amenities of the 3.5* match the Allegro but last time it was reported it was a 4*, although many believe it has been downgraded to 3.5* with a recent bout of downgrades that swept thru this area.
