Since there is not much rooms are left, Im thinking to stay 2 hotels during that period.

My guess for the 3/23-25 4* TS would be the Doubletree Guest Suites. The 4* ESB for those dates has not been confirmed, but my guess is that it may be the Morgans Hotel, back at the 4* level. The amenity set for the 4* ESB for 25th-27th has been seen with the Carlton, so that would be my guess.
