A property with this star rating and amenity combination has not yet been reported to the board. If i were to take a guess, i think the Wingate by Wyndham upgraded to the 3* level OR the Holdiday Inn Express are among the possible outcomes.

I'm also seeing a 3.5* in the zone w/Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Golf for $42, which would be a possible match for the Sheraton Suites. While it doesn't offer breakfast, larger room for less and there are quite a few breakfast options.

Thank you for the suggestions. We are travelling with 2 young kids, so we prefer a place that has complementary breakfast. I may wait a few more days to see if the price will drop. The listing price for Wingate at Hotels.com is $79 now. Are there any fast food places like McDonnald or KFC around? Thanks again for all your help!

There's all sorts of fast food places nearby, as well as quite a few local options in nearby towns like Mt. Prospect or Park Ridge (which is particularly nice.) It would be a bit West, but Ikea by Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg also has a really nice and really reasonably priced food court on the top floor. They do have kids meals and are family-friendly. IKEA Restaurant Link. They have a 99 cent breakfast special (REGULAR BREAKFAST

Enjoy a large portion of scrambled eggs, two strips of bacon and seasoned potatoes for less than a buck! The IKEA Restaurant serves breakfast each morning from 9:30-10:30am.

The price just dropped to $46 today, so I pulled the trigger :) It's Holiday Inn Express Chicago-Arlington Heights, IL, 4/21-25 (added one more day because of the price). We are happy with the result. Which Metra station should we use to park (how much) the car and go to downtown?
