I'm sorry to say that a 4* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board.

But a guess would be Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel and Spa.

Thanks for the info. Decided to try my luck with PRICELINE since the cheapest I could get on HOTWIRE is $137. I got the Hilton Hyde Park for $98 on PRICELINE. At this point, price is a major factor.
