Me and the PRICELINE Negotiator went round and round on this one. :) This was my third day bidding, trying to get a decent rate for this EXTREMELY busy weekend, as we have discovered in a few threads. I needed a room for a big gymnastics meet we are attending this weekend. I was bidding 3* in the Historic District and FINALLY got the 3.5* Hilton Desoto:Room Cost per room, per night: $105.00 Number of Rooms: 1Number of Nights: 2Room Subtotal: $210.00 Taxes and Fees: $ 39.32 Total Room Cost: $249.32 I bid $95 and it came back and suggested I try $115 or try another zone. I opted to try another zone at $105 and won it. I am happy. Lowest price on the Hilton website for this hotel was $415.36, so I think I got a pretty great deal. :)Denise
