Hi,

I just booked a 3* Magnificent mile-Streeterville for April 19-26, 2011 for 58$/night offered by Hotels.com featured on hotwire and it turned out it is the Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown.

It looks like it is still available if anyone is interested.

Is this the Comfort Suites on Ohio? If so, I think you really lucked out with a possible price mistake if this was a regular rate listing (Hotels.com offered by HOTWIRE)

It is the one on ohio street.

That would make sense if it was a mistake since every site that I checked, the comfort inn & suites was going for 84$ or more. Also, I found it weird that the hotel was revealed to me before my payment.

It is still being offered at 58$ at Hotels.com if anyone wants to take advantage of the deal. The original price is 97$ and after the 40% discount, it comes to 58$.

It is a really good deal, I can't wait to go to Chicago.!!

Really, really good deal for April and almost certainly a pricing mistake. The regular rate Hotels.com listings on HOTWIRE do reveal the hotel before purchase, as it's not a discounted price.

This property is in an excellent location as well - a few blocks to the West are tons of restaurants and nightlife in the River North area. Michigan Ave. is a couple of blocks East.
