I really appreciate your help on giving me the idea of what hotel that is offered on Hotwire's site:

Empire state area 4* 217USD/night

dates: 19th of April to 26th of April.

It says Boutique hotel,smoke free room, business center and fitness center.

The Roger Williams has been reported with this amenity set previously, so that would be my guess.

Additionally, if you look on the detail page for the listing (and then scroll down), there is a "Know Before You Go" section, and it states: This hotel typically charges all guests a resort fee regardless of how the room is booked. The hotel collects this fee of about $20 per room per night directly from you, so it won't show in your Hotwire
