Good property with a great staff. I flipped the Marriott card and she put me in a corner room which is usually larger. Typical Residence Inn. I guess the maid loved to clean the room since I never touched the kitchen area. They offered a free Mexican dinner in the lobby but I passed. I asked where the Margaritas were and the clerk laughted. (I was serious). Free real breakfast in the AM. The wait staff came up to me while I was waiting in line to check out and ask what I wanted. She started preparing it while I checked out. Great service.

Only negative is even with the GPS map in my car I still had trouble finding the place. It is tucked away in a business park and kind of hard to access.

All in all well worth $48. I asked the clerk what the goign rate was and she said the walk in price that night was $169 and there were only 6 rooms left.
