Finally landed at $48 when the 24 hours passed. So while $40 appears to work on weekends, it took a bid of $48 midweek. I have previously gotten $40 at 3.5* for DEN Airport and it was the same Crowne Plaza.Also note: 3* for $39 did not get anything either.
