This offer is for United Airlines frequent flyers, but I think anyone can join that program and participate. The rates are generally not as cheap as priceline, but some of them are close. For instance, the Moana Surfrider on Waikiki is probably a better 4-star property than what folks have been getting for 20 bucks less. And the Maui rate is only $30 higher than the priceline rate (Before fee), so that could be useful for folks unable to get priceline availability.
