jessicadunn Posted March 2, 2011 Report Posted March 2, 2011 we are taking our son to vegas for his 21st birthday. He is disabled and so we need wheelchair friendly places, also since this is a big deal for our family we are ALL going including his girlfriend and personal caregiver. So that will be 4 adults and 3 kids (teens). I need to find a place where I can get two suites or three rooms hopefully one with a kitchen for Monday april 11th for 2 nights. I need help in bidding. What area do I pick and what is a good start for price to bid?
AaronJB Posted March 3, 2011 Report Posted March 3, 2011 Welcome to Betterbidding (and Happy Early 21st!)The issue with PRICELINE in this case is that there is PRICELINE only guarantees 1 bed/double occupancy and you cannot bid for specific amenities (such as a suite or kitchenette.)In terms of amenities, the better choice would be HOTWIRE, where you can look for a listing with an "S" (Suite) and kitchenette icon.HOTWIRE does not have a listed policy regarding handicapped rooms, but PRICELINE does: "Can I get a handicapped-accessible room?If you have special needs (e.g., wheelchair accessible room) you must call the hotel and verify that special needs can be met. Most hotels will be glad to accommodate you if rooms are available. Your hotel reservation will be refunded, canceled or modified if the particular hotel cannot meet special needs. If your hotel does not have a handicapped accessible room available, please send us an e-mail." (http://travelc.priceline.com/customerservi...92&plf=PCLN)What would be your desired budget per night, and what would be your desired zones to stay in/star rating? Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
