AaronJB Posted March 1, 2011 Report Posted March 1, 2011 Congrats on your success. :)Nice deal for this historic property. If you're looking for a burger-and-fries style meal, I'll suggest Hackneys on Printers Row, which is not far.PRICELINE only guarantees 1 bed/double occupancy; it's possible to request a room w/2 beds with the hotel, but it is up to the hotel (based upon policy and/or availability) to accept/honor the request. I will note that some rooms at this property are a rather unique single, non-suite room with two beds and two bathrooms (as does its historic sister property, the Palmer House.) The hotel could definitely say no as this is a paid upgrade, but you may want to politely ask if there is any way you could possibly be assigned one of those rooms. They could definitely say no (and PRICELINE does not guarantee two beds), but that may be worth a try.Thank you for following up on your prior post.Thank you for sharing your win and using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.Enjoy your stay.
