I was bidding for 4 nights, 2 rooms, so it gave me a bonus of $3.13 per night.I have been bidding for a 3* over the past few days, figuring I had plenty of time. I started as low as $33/night in the Phoenix Airport region, and added various zones for what I knew was a free re-bid and went up in increments of either $1 or $2. It took about 10 bids over the course of 3 days or so, but I was finally accepted when I bid $50/night, which, with the bonus cash, was actually a bid of $53.13.Should be a good Spring Training trip, from 3/11/11 through 3/15/11.
