I think this may be the Best Western Plus on Cromwell Bridge Rd. Their rate is $80.10. This hotel would be OK, just don't want to get the Ramada or Comfort Inn! Antique arms show is at the fairgrounds and most nearby hotels are booked. We usually stay at Hunt Valley Marriott, but the rate is $249 and I've had no luck bidding on Priceline.

The Best Western Plus Towson North uses this amenity combination so this would be my best guess for this one.

Hotel website had $179 & $169 for these two nights. I wanted Timonium, but this is very close and I'm pleased with the price! Used lots of rebids available and worked my way up to $55.
