cuDSM Posted February 15, 2011 Report Posted February 15, 2011 Started off bidding 5* Strip South for $115.Got rejected, but they counteroffered for $145.I declined counteroffer, added re-bid zone and bid $125. Got rejected and wasn't allowed to add a bid zone and re-bid.Went to the homepage and tried again by adding another re-bid zone.Bid $128, but they counteroffered $163. Odd that all of a sudden the counteroffer went higher! (Any reason for that?)Added re-bid zone, bid $135 and it was accepted with Aria! :D Not bad considering a last minute bid for a long weekend.Was willing to take the gamble that I got Vdara, Aria or Cosmopolitan.Saw on Hotwire that Aria was going $160 night. Saved myself the $25/night. Now I can apply that to that pesky resort fee!
