Hotwire Hotel: Hotwire Taxation and Fees

I notice when checking out "Tax recovery charges & fees" seems to be a bit higher...on one night in las vegas this amount is 20% of you price. The taxes on a room in vegas are around 9%

is there just a fee built in that hotwire pockets, if so I really think the should have it labeled separately from taxes which are mandated by law, and something that they choose to charge customers
