Priceline Hotel: Waikiki (Honolulu) 4 star..HELP

Looking to bid on priceline for a 4 star. Dates are March 9-11 (the rest of the dates are taken care of). I am interested in Hawaii Prince (can't figure out which zone it is in)...best price so far I found is 145.

Help with bidding strategies. Trying to get it around 100 dollars.

You can't bid on a specific hotel when using PRICELINE, you have to be able to accept any hotel in the zone at the star level (or higher) that you choose. With HOTWIRE you can often take an educated guess as to what is being offered based upon the amenities associated with the property, but it's still a 'best guess' and no guarantees you will receive the hotel you're hoping for. As well, HOTWIRE only shows one hotel at each star level per zone, so there is a chance the hotel you're hoping for isn't the one which is offered for your particular dates.

The Prince is the only 4* in the Marina District so you should get that one if you bid it? The last time I bid and won (7/2010), I got it for $82, I believe. I tried again in 1/2011 and could not get for up to $100 because that was during ProBowl week. Good luck.
