Priceline Hotel: Quick Question

Are all hotels in downtown Chicago Non-Smoking? Just wondering before I go about bidding on PL...Thanks

Exactly which zone(s), by PRICELINE name, are you referring to? What are the date(s) of your stay and desired star rating?

Trying 4* in the Milenneum Park Area for starters. I would settle for a 3 1/2 * in the same zone for cheaper...

We are going to Chicago April 2nd thru the 6th. I see right now I can get the Palmer House on Hotels.com and Expedia, etc for $119/night (I'm currently at $91 for those days and yet have been successful). I tried adding in the NMA area as well and even added in 3 1/2 stars. no success.

I'd really need to know if most hotels in this range are non-smoking rooms or not as well..It doesn't say anywhere on the PL bid page, not on the other websites Ive looked at either . Thanks

Not all properties are smoke-free in the city; while there are often no issues with getting a smoke-free room, there have been a few instances over time (particularly if it's very busy) where user has reported a smoking room has been offered. I don't believe there has been a time yet where I haven't been booked into NS or have been asked which I'd like.

You can also write or call ahead to try and request NS.

I'll note that the Hard Rock is $109 on Expedia for these dates (and coupon FROST11 takes $10 off per night - $99); it's more on the North end of the Loop area, near the river, so it is in the Loop, but more central in the city overall. The FROST11 coupon should also work for the Palmer.
