crsshiplover Posted April 19, 2005 Report Share Posted April 19, 2005 I tried a couple different strategies, bidding with a friend:First option: Two separate bids, $55 and $60 rejected (last bid rejected 4/12) for 2 1/2 * at the airport. Second option: 3* at the airport with two rebids. Started at $60 and went up to $67 the first time. Started at $70 and went up to $75 the second time. Started at $80 and got accepted the third time, without having to add areas and rebid. We had time to play and other options (award stays), so didn't worry too much. Ended up at $98.54 w/taxes at the Sheraton Inn Providence Airport. Pleased as the going rate for that time is $179 before taxes. Link to comment
