ElPal Posted February 10, 2011 Report Posted February 10, 2011 Hi,Looking at booking a good 5* hotel in KUL for honey moon from 10-15 May 2011.Does anyone know whether the Grand Millenium is within the 5* inventory on Priceline? Thanks
ElPal Posted February 10, 2011 Author Report Posted February 10, 2011 Sorry, I stupidly didn't think about searching Priceline first - I forget there's the normal option rather than just the Name Your Price option...It's strange though it doesn't come up with it for 5*.Another question, the link for the hotel rooms is : https://travela.priceline.com/hotel/rateSel...180&LRQ=117Can anyone tell me whether I am to assume that breakfast is included unless it is expressly excluded - for example, it has Deluxe Double Room - Non Refundable - Breakfast Excluded at one price then Deluxe Double Room - Non Refundable at a higher price - so it would apear same room, same conditions re no refunds - the only difference then should be the breakfast right? Is there a way of getting breakfast included with the Name Your Price options?
yellowdog Posted February 10, 2011 Report Posted February 10, 2011 The retail section and NYOP use diffrent hotels and zones. So you should not compare the hotels and think that you will get a hotel from the retail section. You can hit a hotel that isn't listed in the retail section. You can't bid on a specific hotel when using PRICELINE. You have to be able to accept any hotel in the zone at the star rating (or higher) you select. With PRICELINE can't you choose room and amenities like breakfast. Let us know how we can help you further.Yellowdog.Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
ElPal Posted September 7, 2011 Author Report Posted September 7, 2011 In the end we just ended up booking the hotel we wanted via Hotels.com.au. Thanks.
