Bhavz Posted February 8, 2011 Report Posted February 8, 2011 Hi Guys, Im looking to book a 5* North Strip (hopefully Wynn) using Priceline. I have never used it before and wanted to know what price i should start at considering that the average daily rate is $204 a night on their website. Booking is for 03/31/2011 to 04/04/2011. Also would it be better if i waited until closer to the time?Any help will be really appreciated
thereuare Posted February 8, 2011 Report Posted February 8, 2011 Welcome to BetterBidding! As far as when to bid, see the related link in our PRICELINE FAQ.Based upon current rates i'm guessing a 5* in the Strip North zone will cost about $120 or so... although any strategy we suggest would start a little lower and go a little higher. What is your maximum bid for this stay?Once you're ready to move forward please click this PRICELINE link and reply to this thread with your maximum bid for this stay and we'll suggest a strategy for you to follow. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Bhavz Posted February 10, 2011 Author Report Posted February 10, 2011 Thanks for the info.My dates are fixed, and as i have time, I may just start bidding now at $100 and go up in by $10 every 24 hours. I was hoping not to pay more that $150 a night, but the cheaper the better... More money for Gambling :)I had a look at the calendar and can see that someone has Pricelined Wynn for $138 a night for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
