villain67 Posted February 8, 2011 Report Posted February 8, 2011 Having looked at the lists,it doesn't appear so obvoius to spot Distrikt - we're looking for June 9 - 13. Any tips or advice...and is it a more recommended stay than 70 Park Ave (my other half's choice)? Thanks.
yellowdog Posted February 8, 2011 Report Posted February 8, 2011 You can't bid on a specific hotel when using PRICELINE. You have to be able to accept any hotel in the zone at the star rating (or higher) you select. You need to go with HOTWIRE so we maybe can ID the property in advance. The Distrikt is reported in the Chelsea-MSG HOTWIRE zone.New York City (Chelsea - Madison Square Garden)3.5* Distrikt HotelAmenities: <none shown by Hotwire>(same as New Yorker Ramada Plaza)If you're looking after a special hotel so start with looking at boards list and then on HOTWIRE if you can find a match. We would be happy to confirm any hotel. But please list the amenties HOTWIRE associates with the hotel you're looking at and we'll have a look at this. You can also use the search box on top of the page to search for a specific hotel. You will see the location (zone) if you get a result. But have in mind that PRICELINE can't be used when you're looking for a specific hotel.Let us know how we can help you further. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Yellowdog.
