Looking for a 4* or plus in Champs Elysees or St. Germain-Latin Quarter. Willing to spend up to $175 for the bid, would prefer $150 winning bid or less. I understand the bidding strategy with the re-zoning, etc. but can someone please suggest one? My worry is winning a bid and being far away from where I actually want to be (more central). Is $150 possible in those zones and if so, is it possible that I end up way out of the way from everything?
