AaronJB Posted February 5, 2011 Report Posted February 5, 2011 At this point, if you are going up to your max for certain bids, then there is no alternative but to wait, explore alternates (such as lowering your star rating) or raise your max budget and start trying to bid higher.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.

AaronJB Posted February 5, 2011 Report Posted February 5, 2011 In terms of regular rate, you are also paying taxes/fees, so if you were able to win a PRICELINE rate moderately lower than the regular rate, the PRICELINE rate + taxes/fees would still be less than regular rate + taxes/fees. Are you seeing anything on HOTWIRE?Please use the site's links in the Support/Travel section to start your regular rate purchase or please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links.
lmp124 Posted February 5, 2011 Author Report Posted February 5, 2011 Yes i.m referring to using hotels "price match guarantee" that lowers published rates by 10% no fees just tax , not a fan of HOTWIRE always do better with PRICELINE , I'v just never had to work this hard , am now attempting to bidd just for Feb 23-24 th 4* DT ., if not sucessful will lower * valve but move to another location to avoid Radisson
