bhknight Posted February 1, 2011 Report Posted February 1, 2011 We are looking for 4 rooms and we will need 2 beds in each room. Has anyone ever called up the hotel after you won and ask them if you can get 2 beds in the room. Thanks in advance for anyone's reply.
AaronJB Posted February 1, 2011 Report Posted February 1, 2011 Welcome to Betterbidding. :)PRICELINE only guarantees 1 bed/double occupancy. You can call the hotel after the purchase to make a request for two beds, but the hotel can say no (due to policy and/or availability) or charge you more if the room with two beds is usually extra, as is the case at some hotels in many major cities. Overall, you can call, but there's no way to know/guarantee - it can depend on the hotel and even on the day.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
thereuare Posted February 2, 2011 Report Posted February 2, 2011 HOTWIRE may still be an option as they allow you to search for up to quad occupancy and ensure sleeping accommodations for everyone you include in your search (although this usually means two beds, the second 'bed' could be a sofabed, rollaway, etc)Would this work for your needs? Are you looking at New Orleans? Please read your messages and click this HOTWIRE link before replying.Let us know how you'd like to proceed and we'll try to assist further. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
