The description of the hotel doesn't match any, as far as I can tell, in Bethesda or Silver Spring proper. If I had to guess, though, I'd suspect that it could be the Holiday Inn in Chevy Chase, which falls into Hotwire's Bethesda-Silver Spring area. That hotel is rated a 2* by some, a 3* by others, and has gotten thoroughly mixed reviews on tripadvisor.com.
