The 3* property is a match for the Holiday Inn Express Hotel Cass (aka Holiday Inn Express Mag Mile) so that would be my best guess for this one.

Are you still seeing the 4* Water Tower property? I'm seeing a hotel offered in this zone with this amenity combination but it's priced at $147/nite... are you still seeing a 4* in this zone offered at $80 on your own HOTWIRE search?

I'm seeing the 4* when searching this evening; the listing could be the Avenue, Allerton, Westin MA, Knickerbocker, Drake or Sutton, although the 3.5/5 tripadvisor rating on the detail page would make me think this is probably the Allerton.

There is a 4.5* in the Mag Mile streeterville area w/fitness, restaurant, business, internet for $92; my guess is the Intercontinental, although I see the Intercontinental for $99 via Orbitz and coupon REVIEW5 takes 5% off - $94 and change.
