Hello,

Will be 3 people traveling to new york in April between the 15 to the 21.

I got several hotels - and i need help identify:

1) 3* MTC 169$: Fitness center, pool(s), Resturant(s), High speed Internet access - Holiday Inn 57th? he seems a little bit far from the subway for us.

2) 3.5* MTE 213$: Fitness center,Business center, Resturant(s), High speed Internet access.

3) 4* MTE 254$: Fitness center,Business center, Resturant(s), High speed Internet access.

If I order a room for 3 people - what is more likely 2 doubles or a king and a sofa bed? Is there a past experience in this subject?

New York is tough in terms of two beds - most rooms in the city are small and some properties (such as some boutiques) may not have (or may have very few) two bed rooms.

When you search on HOTWIRE in NYC for more than two, the prices often jump moderately/significantly to reflect added fees likely for extra person/s and/or premium for added bedding. It will really depend on the hotel and there are definitely no guarantees, but you should get some form of bedding for the entire party and what I would recommend is writing/contacting the hotel in advance to put in a request.

The 3* MTC would likely be the Holiday Inn MTC.

The 4* MTE would possibly be the Omni or W New York, although I'm seeing a 4/5 tripadvisor rating on the detail page for the listing, which would lean towards (although not guarantee) the Omni.

The 3.5* MTE could possibly be the Roosevelt, Doubletree Met or Hilton Manhattan East.

about the 4* MTE - is the inter Continental not an option?

I compared other rates to the hotwire rate and the IC seemed the closest ( both the omni and the W are over 400$ for that period, while the ic is 270$).

The Intercontinental has been previously reported as Restaurant, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Tennis. It would not appear to be a possibility unless the hotel is showing with a different amenity set than what has been previously reported.
