Best guess for each would be as follows:

4* DT West hotel matches multiple properties... the Sheraton, Renaissance and Inter-Continental Toronto Yorkville (on Bloor) have all been seen with this amenity combination so any of these would be likely/possible. (although i'd favor this more likely being the Sheraton or Renaissance over the InterContinental)

4* DT East Sutton Place Hotel Toronto

3.5 DT East Delta Chelsea

3* DT W Holiday Inn Midtown

Yes my plans are definitely firm however since it's non-refundable and no cancellations allowed I will most likely wait until a few days before the 15th to book - just in case something unexpectedly prevents me from going. The hotels I typically stay at are anywhere from the Econolodge to the Hilton.
