Priceline Hotel: 4* Detroit (Downtown) Marriott at the Renaissance Center

Was looking for a 4* (either the Marriott Renaissance Center or Westin) or 3.5* (Courtyard) in downtown Detroit for the Auto Show this weekend. There appeared to be high occupancy (there was also a Red Wings game and Pistons game this weekend, along with the Auto Show) and there is only one free rebid zone for 4* or 3.5* in the Detroit region, so it was a slow bidding process.

Hotel is nice for a Marriott and very well situated, with access to the People Mover in the building (which gives you access to Joe Louis Arena, Cobo Hall, Ford Field, Comerica Park, Greektown, Greektown Casino, etc). I feel like this price is a bit higher than it would otherwise be because of the Auto Show.
