alexz1212 Posted January 24, 2011 Report Posted January 24, 2011 Hey Guys,I am looking to get a room in the Trump Hotel for 2-18 to 2-20. I have friends that are staying there for reasons unknown to me, but anyways if I have to stay there I rather try to get a good discount than pay the full Retail Price of $400 for the two nights. From my understanding if you bid 5 Stars in the Vegas Strip North Condo Zone the only resort you can get is the Trump? Is that right? What is the best way to get a good discount on this hotel? Thanks for your help ahead of time!
yellowdog Posted January 24, 2011 Report Posted January 24, 2011 Trump is the only hotel that is reported in this zone for the moment. Please post your budget/night before tax/fee and we'll help you with a biddingstrategy. If you don't know how to use your free zones so look at this link: Priceline Re-Bidding Explained Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Yellowdog.
alexz1212 Posted January 24, 2011 Author Report Posted January 24, 2011 Thanks for the reply I am booking a car through PRICELINE today i'll use your link for that too.As far a budget, I have to stay there so I am forced to pay whatever they gouge me for. What I would ideally like Preferably less than $120 a night does that sound obtainable for those dates?
AaronJB Posted January 24, 2011 Report Posted January 24, 2011 While rates aren't through the roof, they do seem a bit higher than normal for these dates. What appears to be the Trump is showing on HOTWIRE for $144 and $160 on Expedia. I would believe that $110-125 may be a possible range for bidding for this property on PRICELINE, although you could start at $100 and work up by $5's.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
