Priceline Hotel: 3.5 - 4* Santa Rosa, need help with ID

This is my first post. Thank you in advance for your help!

I am looking for a a 3.5 to 4-star hotel in Santa Rosa for 3 nights, August 12 - 15, 2011. I already (before I found this site!) bid $90 on PRICELINE for August 11th, thinking I can always move if I didn't like the property that was named. Fountaingrove accepted, but I'd really like to spend less if possible for this property.

HOTWIRE offers a 4-star property for $118, but the Hotwire map includes a huge swath of highway and I woudn't want to be as far as Petaluma -- I am really only interested in Santa Rosa. Can anyone help me figure out which property this is? I am hoping for the Hyatt Vineyard Creek, but the amenities listed include 'access to coin washer/dryer,' for which I called and they don't have. Could this be an error? Or what other properties would be considered 4-star?

PRICELINE has a 3.5-star 'best deal' property available, specifically in Santa Rosa. Can anyone help me identify this? I see lots of folks in the past have gotten the Hyatt, or Fountaingrove, or Hilton. I'd like advice on where to start bidding, considering that it's high-season August.

The HOTWIRE hotel above matches the Sheraton Sonoma County Petaluma so that would be my best guess for this one.

There is no way to take a guess for the PRICELINE property... those amenities are their standards for a 3.5* rated property, so it could be any 3.5* hotel in the zone.
