This property has not yet been reported to the board.

My first thought was the Magnolia, but the TA information provided by HOTWIRE (4.0/5.0) is not consistent with the current TA rating... this doesn't exclude this from being the Magnolia since the HOTWIRE TA info is not updated in real time (only about once a month) and the rating may have changed since their last update, but in this instance i wouldn't count on it. The Hilton Americas with a new Boutique icon is among the possibilities as well.
