djglae Posted January 20, 2011 Report Posted January 20, 2011 I have booked many years ago using PRICELINE before I found this forum. My question is the following. Is it possible to book using name your own price on priceline searching for a specific guest service.My wife, 3 year old son, and I are traveling to Seattle for vacation in May. I have studied the many 4 and 3.5 star hotels available in Seattle off of this forum. A hotel pool is an absolute deal breaker for our trip. It is something we all definitely want to utilize. The four star options appear to be about 50%. The 3.5* options are right at about 75%. I do not care at all which hotel I would get other than it having a pool. Is there any way to do this or should I just rely on HOTWIRE?

Even if all the reported hotels in the area had pools, you still run the risk of getting a new not-yet-reported hotel that doesn't have a pool. Your situation definitely calls for Hotwire. Romelle

If a pool is a must would i go with HOTWIRE for this stay. You can't "include" specific amenities when bidding on PRICELINE.
