I belive that you don't have listed all amenities for the hotel. If you go back to HOTWIRE and click the CONTINUE button next to this offering and then click the "See all amenities" link under the icons, do you see more amenities than what you've listed above?

I sort of thought that's what it might be after I saw the rest of the amenities.

So if I book it, will I get the lowest priced room like a city view? Will I be able to upgrade directly with the hotel or am I stuck with the room they give me?

With the discounted rooms via HOTWIRE and PRICELINE, you should expect a regular, non-upgraded room. If, for some reason, you get a particularly subpar room, then you can request to be changed at the front desk or via HOTWIRE. HOTWIRE and PRICELINE reservations are not eligible for upgrades, but people have had success at check-in either asking politely if anything was available or negotiating and paying an upgrade fee (sometimes the difference between the regular room and upgrade.) The hotel may say no to an upgrade request due to policy or availability.

I just got back from Sheraton Waikiki booked with Hotwire upgrades are difficult, I managed one but took a bit of effort and I am SPG Gold they did mention their policy was not to normally upgrade 3rd party internet bookings, try and find something (genuinely) wrong with your room this sometimes helps. Also for some reason was not charged any resort fees at least not on my final bill at checkout. I thought there was resort fee but did not ask any further.
