There was a police funeral in town so occupancy was high. After several bids up to $ 76 I was countered with an offer to raise my bid to $ 96. I used rebid zones instead but got past $ 96 and still nothing. Lowered to 3.5* and got the Delta Chelsea. Construction across the street started at 5am so I would ask for an odd numbered room to avoid being woken up. Given the special circumstance all in all a good win.Used the PRICELINE link.
