Priceline Hotel: Help with Sarasota area

Hi folks:

Starting some basic research before attempting to bid on a Sarasota hotel.

When I look at the bid zones, Zone 1 (Downtown) shows that there is a 4* (Hyatt Regency I'm assuming) and then it shows that there is a 3-1/2 star upscale plus hotel.

I can't for the life of me figure out what hotel this may be.

Any suggestions?

There does not *appear* to be any 3.5* in this zone, that I can see when searching. If that is in fact the case, the 3.5* in this zone may be just be a filler zone with no hotels at that rating. What dates are you looking for?
