mattjamesmorgan
Hey everybody,I am going on a trip 1/15 to 1/17, two nights, to Chicago. I was wondering if anyone has any strategy as I must have a pet friendly hotel. I thought it might be possible to pinpoint the hotel in some circumstances but it is not always possible. I am looking for 4* or higher. Please advise, and thanks for any help.Matt Link to comment
AaronJB
Welcome to Betterbidding. :)Unfortunately, there is no way to ensure a pet friendly hotel with either service, especially PRICELINE. With HOTWIRE, you could guess that a listing may be a certain property based upon the amenities showing, but that's not 100% as it could be another property that has changed the set of amenities it appears with. What would be your desired budget per night? Are you looking to stay downtown?Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. Link to comment
mattjamesmorgan
I would like to keep it between 90 and 130 per night, magnificent mile would be preferred. What do you guys think of Omni? and does anyone else have a recommendation for a great 4star or higher hotel meeting these requirements?I also noticed anywhere will charge about $50 for pet and $50 per night for car. Good ol' cities =) Link to comment
AaronJB
In the same ballpark, I'd rather suggest the new Palomar in this case, as the Kimpton chain is known for being pet-friendly (they do offer pet services and amenities, although do not list charges). That's $135 on Expedia and coupon code FROST11 takes $10 off per night.Even better, the Amalfi - another very well-regarded boutique which offers free breakfast and an evening reception, is $124 on Expedia (and then FROST11 takes off $10), plus according to their website, no pet fee.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE, PRICELINE or Expedia links to start your purchases and searches.
